Our customers get the "Select location" popup dialog when clicking on the "Pick Up" button on the "personalized order screen". We only have one location, so this is a silly barrier to put in front of our users. The site should just automatically pick the only location and go straight to the next dialog.

Hi @salo. I agree with you. My customers have never complained. Sounds like yours have. So the best you can do is to submit a Feature Request here. Be sure to put it in the Square Online feature request board. They will evaluate it and make a decision then notify you.
oh and let me know here when you do that. I’ll upvote it for sure. Like I said, my customers haven’t squawked yet but I’m all for less confusion!
Thanks, I've added it here: https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Square-Online/Shouldn-t-need-to-pick-store-if-there-is-only-one-s...
@salo I’m so glad you sent me that message. Since we chatted a month ago, I found that there IS a way to get rid of this prompt! However, I could not find your post, probably because I reply to so many here and just lost it in the mess! Here’s what you do.
Go to your online store editor and find the page with a name “Store Locator” or something very similar. Delete that page and republish your site. You’ll notice that the prompt is no longer presented to your customers, and that your single store location shows at the top of the store page!
It’s just that simple! You can delete your feature request if this works for you. Sorry it took so long to let you know this!
Best,
Thanks for coming back with your solution. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be the solution for us. We don't have a Store Locator page, and I don't see that as one of the default page types.
Also, I still get that location selection popup on your Piper's Ice Cream Bar site.
My store locator was back because I was trying out the personalized order screen. I forgot to turn that off, since it is not really necessary in my business. I appreciate that you reminded me to turn it off, again. You’ll see that when you click on the order button, now, it goes directly to my order screen.
I’m not sure what is different for you. Are you using the personalized order feature? If so, that’s probably it and, no, I don’t have a workaround in that case. Otherwise, something’s different but I can’t figure out what it would be.
Best,
Hey there @salo,
I did get confirmation from our team that when using the order online template it is expected that it asks for confirmation of the location.
You can submit a feature request on our Ideate Board. Our team will monitor these requests and based on customer feedback provide updates there. The more sellers chime in on the request the more it will help to signal that this feature is even more important to address.
Thank you again for your feedback!
