Removing cash from register

Say my starting balance in my register is 75$....

Through out the day the cashier collect money and suddenly they have over 200$ in the drawer. How does the cashier record that they are removing the money and putting it into the safe beneath the counter?

You can go in > reports > cash drawer > money in/money out ... there you can write the amount taken amount, it will automatically keep track of it at the end of the day once you close the cash drawer. Just make sure you start a cash drawer and you close the same drawer.
