Quantity Selector - Add drown down or numerical entry

We have had numerous and consistent customer complaints since the Quantity Selector was updated in Square Online. Customers now click to toggle increases or decreases in qty, whereas previously they could type in the desired quantity.

This newer update seems designed for minimal quantities. Our business frequently has customers needing to increase quantity over 100.

Is anyone else experiencing negative feedback? 

Can this feature request be made a priority? It's impacting our sales.

Hello @SustainLA thanks for your question. I didn't realize there was a change made; I understand this wouldn't be ideal for a customer order a large quantity to have to click through...I know this isn't an ideal situation, but until a change is made to this website quantity option, you could tell your customers to just add "one" from the item order page, then when they go into their cart they still should be able to type the exact quantity to increase from Qty:1 to whatever number they type in.

Thanks so much for your response and idea. We are already communicating and asking a lot of our online order community due to the unique nature of our business. We need Square to update this and return the ability to type in or choose from a drop down menu.
