As a general rule, Square doesn’t send account-related requests or updates via text message. Official communications will always be sent to the email address associated with your Square account. Any official emails from us will come from an '@squareup.com' or ‘@weebly.com’ address. You may also occasionally receive emails from our parent company Block, Inc. from an ‘@block.xyz’ address.
