How do you take customer online orders who wish to pay with cash when they are dining in and ordering via QR code at the table? Seem like the only option is card. When will this function be available or how are people handling this other than card only for online orders.

Thanks for getting in touch with us here in the Seller Community! 

 

Currently, online payment is required to place an order via a Square Online site, or QR code. I imagine this is in place to avoid orders being placed, customers changing their mind and potentially no-showing when it comes to picking up the order you've by then already prepared. For now, the workaround would be to take these orders in person. Hopefully some other sellers can chime in with some other suggestions here, too.
