I have 2 other square online websites and have never had this problem.
I started this particular online store last week and have had 3 sales. I receive an email from square telling me I have received money but no order confirmation with details of what has been ordered like I do with my other online stores.
If I go to online>settings>notifications I have selected New Order Emails and my email address is correct. Why am I not receiving order confirmations? How do I fix it?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with order notifications for your new website. Are you using a different email provider for this particular account? Sometimes, order notification emails can get filtered out as "spam" by your inbox and some email providers are more prone to doing this than others. Try adding [email protected] to your address book to whitelist notification messages coming from Square. Please let us know how you go!
