Meta Connection Issues "Instagram feed & Square editor"

I noticed when updating my website using the online editor, my Instagram feed was not loading. Only Instagram icons were showing.   I called tech support and they told me to disconnect and reconnect my Instagram.  Now I am getting an error message:

"Insufficient Developer Role: Insufficient developer role"

 My products are supposed to sync with my Instagram store but are not.  I've been in touch with tech support through email and the fixes they are giving me are not working at all and don't apply to the issue.  I Phoned tech support, they said "it's a bug" It's been over a week already with no fix. Anyone else having this issue?

@Luxurycloset , We understand the frustration many Sellers are experiencing with the inability to sync their Square Online catalog to Meta (Instagram and Facebook).
