Logo doesn't show & banner goes grey when uploaded

When I upload a logo to the header, it does not show on the preview/site. This is despite resizing the logo, compressing the file, being jpg/png.

Similarly, when I upload a banner image it will upload however the banner just goes grey instead of showing the image that I have uploaded. Tried doing this in incognito mode and it didn't make a difference.

Would love some help.

If you've already followed the recommended browser troubleshooting steps and the issue is still happening, could you please include a screenshot of the preview error in your reply? Additionally, is this problem only occurring when you try to upload a logo to the Header section, or are images added to other parts of your site also showing as greyed out in preview mode?
