I am facing a terrible issue and I need help!! I am losing business. When I search for an item from shop All page it shows the correct category it belongs to. Now if I go into some category and search for the same item, it shows the item as if it appears under that category even though it is not. It's only the bread crumb or the navigation path above the item, that shows it misplaced. Is there any way breadcrumbs can be turned off?
Attaching screenshot to show the problem. The item "GODLEY & CREME" is originally belonging to category UsedVinyl . Screenshot below shows it correctly.
But now I got another category called Cassettes and still use the search button on top to search for "GODLEY & CREME" look at the breadcrumb below. It shows as if the item is in Cassettes category. This is horribly misleading for customers!
