Hi @MeHere. I’m assuming that you have set up a Google account to claim your Google listing. If you haven’t done so, you should do so as soon as you can.
After that you do not want to connect your Square Location to your Google Account. Manage your Google listing entirely through Google’s tools.
If you are using Square Online to manage your website and store, when you are setting up your website, you can edit your page footer and turn off the display of the map and address. Just click on the footer in the editor and turn off the map feature as well as the address display.
One last thing. Google Maps is only one map you have to manage. There is Apple Maps — you’ll need to set up an Apple My Business account to claim that listing. And there are Yelp, Bing, and others that you will want to set up so you can claim and control your online listings with them. For now, though, set up your Square and Google pages correctly. You can do the others later.
