Hi, my Instagram feed was showing up on my Square site, but I noticed at the beginning of December that it was no longer there. I tried to disconnect and reconnect but Instagram feed is now no longer an option when I go to edit my Square site I have tried reconnecting Instagram under images, but it doesnโt allow me too. Any advice?

Hey @Aeoliae1,
Thanks for reaching out to the Community.
I understand how frustrating it must be to see your Instagram feed missing from your Square site, especially after trying to reconnect it.
Letโs walk through the steps from this helpful article to troubleshoot the issue:
-
Verify Instagram Integration:
- In your Square Online site editor, select the + Add Section option on the page where you want your Instagram feed displayed.
- Choose the Instagram option from the list of available sections.
-
Connect Your Instagram Account:
- Follow the prompts to sign in to your Instagram account and authorize Square Online access.
-
Ensure Permissions Are Correct:
- Check your Instagram account settings and make sure Square Online has access permissions under Settings > Security > Apps and Websites.
-
Republish Your Site:
- Once connected, save your changes and republish your site to ensure the Instagram section is live.
-
Clear Cache and Cookies:
- Sometimes, browser cache can prevent updates from displaying. Try clearing your browserโs cache and cookies or check your site in incognito mode.
If youโve followed these steps and the issue persists, feel free to share more details, and Iโll be happy to assist further!
