Instagram feed issue on Square site

Hi, my Instagram feed was showing up on my Square site, but I noticed at the beginning of December that it was no longer there. I tried to disconnect and reconnect but Instagram feed is now no longer an option when I go to edit my Square site I have tried reconnecting Instagram under images, but it doesnโ€™t allow me too. Any advice?

Hey @Aeoliae1,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

I understand how frustrating it must be to see your Instagram feed missing from your Square site, especially after trying to reconnect it.

Letโ€™s walk through the steps from this helpful article to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Verify Instagram Integration:

    • In your Square Online site editor, select the + Add Section option on the page where you want your Instagram feed displayed.
    • Choose the Instagram option from the list of available sections.
  2. Connect Your Instagram Account:

    • Follow the prompts to sign in to your Instagram account and authorize Square Online access.
  3. Ensure Permissions Are Correct:

    • Check your Instagram account settings and make sure Square Online has access permissions under Settings > Security > Apps and Websites.
  4. Republish Your Site:

    • Once connected, save your changes and republish your site to ensure the Instagram section is live.
  5. Clear Cache and Cookies:

    • Sometimes, browser cache can prevent updates from displaying. Try clearing your browserโ€™s cache and cookies or check your site in incognito mode.

If youโ€™ve followed these steps and the issue persists, feel free to share more details, and Iโ€™ll be happy to assist further!
