Image Not Fitting on Mobile Version

Hello, not sure if anyone else has had this issue but the image as a main banner or text and image section is normal for desktop view but then on mobile it cuts off the image rather than reformatting the section to fit for mobile.

Looking for solutions for this issue since mobile is almost more important these days than 

desktop.

Have you checked if this is the behavior outside the editor as well @brittany2? What I mean is, when the site is published does the image get cut off as well?

Yes, even outside of the editor, on the published website it looks like the screenshot.
