Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear you're running into this issue with your password.


To clarify here, have you entered the wrong password three times in a row?

If that is the case, you will be temporarily locked out of your Square account as a security measure. This process is in place to discourage fraudulent login attempts.

In the event you lock yourself out of your account by misentering your password details, you will need to wait 30 minutes before you can enter your login details again to sign back in.

Let me know if you have since been able to log back into your Square account to initiate your transfer, or if you are still running into problems with access.
