I don't want to charge shipping--help!

I've built a payment portal for the downpayment for an event. I've chosen 'Other' as the item type. For some reason, a $20 shipping charge is showing up.

 

There is no option to edit 'Fulfillment' under Online Checkout. 

 

I found the default setting for new items and changed it from Shipping to Self-Serve Ordering but this hasn't helped. 

 

We've already started marketing for this event so if someone can help, we'd greatly appreciate it!

You are able to turn this shipping fee off. To do so, here are the steps:

 

1.) in your Square Dashboard, click on the three horizontal lines then scroll down to where it says "Payments" and click on it

2.) Some more options will appear to the right of the panel; choose "Online Checkout"

3.) Once you are in the "Online Checkout" page, scroll down to where it says "Settings" and click on it

4.) Click on "General"

5.) Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you should see a header that says "Fulfillment" and underneath that, you will see where you can toggle off "Enable shipping" 

 

This should remove any prompts asking for shipping addresses on your checkout link.

Thank you so much for your help. I have a toggle that says "Enable Delivery" instead of shipping which I'm unable to toggle off as I get a red bar that says "Please select at least one fulfilment method."

 

Under that, there's a fee set at $20 for delivery which I've simply deleted so it no longer shows up on the payment link. So at least I'm no longer charging that. BUT the payment form still asks for a shipping address 🙄
