How do I add a "Continue Shopping" link or button.

How do I add a "Continue Shopping" link or button at the bottom of a group of services I have added. Right now I have 3 services in groups (blocks) on the main page. A customer will click the block and will take them to 1 or more options that they will click and select the services they want. At the bottom it gives there total and wants to take them to their cart. 

I would like them to be able to add to their cart but then have the option to continue shopping. That way they can go to another service group/block and select add ons. 

Can someone please help me. Feeling so deflated not being able to figure this out.

I'm sorry to hear you've been feeling frustrated from trying to figure this out. When viewing the cart, there is a "continue shopping" link in the upper left hand corner, as shown below:

If you're referring to adding a "continue shopping" button on the "add to cart" flow, as shown below, this isn't possible, but the customer could use the back button, or click on other areas of the site to continue shopping, before proceeding to their cart.
