The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Can anyone tell me how to get help from Weebly.
Hi, I hope I am posting to the right place, this is the help forum the link on email replies I get from Weebly/Square send me to. I am posting here in a bit of desperation to find any kind of help from Weebly/Square. I have emailed Weebly help many, many times. They do not have any phone number to call, only email contact. I get either a pasted generic reply that has nothing to do with helping me, or they say they are passing my details to the Advanced help team... and then I never hear anything back. I have also called and spoken directly to Square support in Australia, who tell me they cannot support me with Weebly. I will post below my full problem details as emailed to Weebly, though I do not expect anyone here to be able to help me. What I am asking, is can anyone tell me 'how' to get any help from Weebly/Square? Any suggestions that may be helpful? Thank you in advance, [Personal Information Redacted] 😞

Hi,
I have a complex problem that needs to be fixed. If you do not have the experience to help, then please can you escalate this to your supervisor or someone who can help.
I am happy to pay you, or anyone at Weebly, directly for your time if you are able fix my problems for me.
I have put in many, many help requests since my problems with Weebly began in June of this year. All I get back are replies with generic pasted instructions that do not help.
Please help me and fix my issues or direct my request to someone who can assist. Again, I am so desperate to get this solved, that I am willing to pay [Personal Information Redacted] directly to anyone who is willing to assist me and fix my Weebly account.
This is the problem:
I have 5 domains, all managed through Weebly. I also pay for a Pro account.
2 of my domains have been removed from my Weebly account.
When I log in to my Weebly account and go to my ‘Domains’ ONLY 3 of my 5 domains are shown, these are:
XXX.info
XXX.com
XXX.com
I also own the following 2 domains which have been removed from my account so I cannot access them:
XXX.net
XXX.com
What needs to be fixed:
I would like access to these 2 domains returned to my Weebly account so that I can manage them through the dashboard and the payments I have made to renew them applied to these domains.
How the problem came about:
I paid for renewals of the two missing domain names on 31 May 2024. I also paid for 2 years renewal of my Weebly Pro account.
At about the same time as my payments were made, my bank accounts were hit by scammers, and my bank subsequently reversed the domain renewal payments to Weebly back into my account.
I contacted Weebly to ask what to do to fix the problem. However, I received very little help, though at least they did reply to me, and I was told they couldn’t do anything to allow me to pay again and that I would have to get my bank to return the payment back to Weebly. I asked my bank to do this. The dates of the payments to Weebly and reversals and the later re-reversals are as follows below:
On 31 May 2024 I paid 5 years renewal for the domain name xxx.net. The payment amount was [Personal Information Redacted].
The payment was charged back by the bank on 8 June 2024.
The payment was returned to Weebly on 9 July 2024.
However, despite the payment being returned to Weebly, it has not been applied to my domain name and I still do not have access to this domain in my Weebly account dashboard.

However, in spite of the payment being returned to Weebly, it has not been applied to my domain name and I still do not have access to this domain in my Weebly account dashboard.
If I ‘had’ access to my domains in my Weebly account, just to end the problem I would pay the renewals a second time, however without access to my domains in my Weebly account, even paying a second time is not an option as I have no way to be able to pay them.

Regarding my Weebly Pro account. This was, and is, still showing in my Weebly account, so I was able to make the payment a second time to renew it again, which I did by paying another [Personal Information Redacted] to renew it in your system. I did this in the hope that it might in some way help the missing domain names reappear in my account. This did not happen. I have now paid for 4 years on Weebly Pro account, though my Weebly account only shows a renewal of two years as obviously the payment returned by the bank has not been allocated to my account.
At this point it seems like you have stolen both my money for all these payments and my domain names. I would like all the payments made applied to my domain names and Weebly Pro account and access to my domain names returned to my account dashboard.
If I need to pay you to do this, I am willing to pay any individual Weebly employee[Personal Information Redacted] just to make this happen.
Please, please can someone at Weebly help me.

I went ahead and escalated your issue directly to our Square Online team, and they have now reactivated these Domains on your account.
When you have a moment, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your Site Dashboard.
- Click on your business's name in the top right corner.
- Select Account Settings.
- On the Account page, choose My Services.
- Add a payment method and reactivate the subscription for each website.

Oh Katie, Thank you soo much! I have been trying to get this fixed by Weebly help and Square help for so many months before I thought to come here. I am so grateful for your help. They still have the double payment for my Weebly Pro account, but I can live with that loss. The main things was getting my domains back! Thank you. As per my original email reposted here, can I give you something personally for your effort in getting my domains sorted out?
