Hey @Thedirtyswine,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the mPop!

This is one I've unfortunately not heard of before - because the mPop is printer/cash drawer combo if one connects the other should also do so, when all is working as intended.

I was able to find a couple of troubleshooting guides online though, that look at the problem from two different angles - check them out here and here.

I'd also recommend getting in touch with Star Micronics support if you've not already done so - they may be able to expand on why this is happening and help troubleshoot further!
