While this does read like an email from Square, you can check the sender's address to be certain this is a genuine email.
All legitimate communication will come by email from either an '@squareup.com' or '@weebly.com' address.
If you're still not sure, the best bet is to reach out to our Support Team directly as they'll be able to view the recent communication on your Square Account.
