Editing Confirmation email template

I'm trying to edit the text in the Confirmation email template underneath "Thank you for your purchase!"


I edited it at some point earlier, as I put a note there about our shop being closed over the school holidays, but now I am trying to edit/remove the text and it won't let me. I can't remember how I initially got the text there!

 

It seems like it's perhaps feeding that text from somewhere else - so perhaps I need to edit the text elsewhere - but haven't been able to figure out where that might be.
Any ideas???

Welcome to our community, I noticed it's your first post 👋 

 

I'd be happy to point you in the right direction. Sign into your Square Online dashboard, and select Communications > Email & Text Alerts. From here, select Order Confirmation > click on the three dots and select Edit Email

Thanks 😊 

Turns out there was some kind of bug that wasn’t letting me edit the section I needed to. I called Square support and they were able to sort it out from their side 👍
