E gift card personal design wont save

I'm trying to create my own e gift card design. Any image I choose will not save. The save button is greyed out with a stop sign symbol. I have re sized it to the recommended size, tried in a different browser and nothing will upload and save.

How can this be corrected?

\Hi there, have you checked your file size? It should be 640 x 400 pixels. A jpeg filed worked great for me!

The recommended size is exactly as whimsy90 stated.
