Do I have to purchase a higher account to use RTS with Canada Post?

I am trying to add RTS to my on-line store. I get to where it asks for my API and password for Canada post but then says, can't connect? I have quadruple checked it is the right information.

Hey @DDazzle Welcome to the Community 😊

 

I believe you have to be upgraded to the Premium plan in order to use Real Time Shipping, and connect to Canada Post. I can double check with the team, but it may explain the error you see.

 

Can you post a screenshot of the error you see?
