Customer getting 404 error when using cashapp to check out

Hello! My customer is trying to checkout online and is getting a 404 error after logging into their cashapp account to checkout. They have $20 in their account and a card connected to their cash app. They are using a coupon code but it shouldn’t affect their cashapp. Cashapp support for point of sale is closed until Monday at 6am. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
