Since the vouchers/coupons have moved to marketing, the new ones made do not show up on the drop down when you try to offer a first order code on the online popup
Has anyone else have this problem?

Thanks for sending these screenshots, @Simone27!
It looks like we've made some updates since you last tried this action, and I’m hopeful that this will result in success on your second attempt. The main change you’ll notice is that the option to simply 'Offer a coupon' is no longer available in your Pop-Ups menu. Instead, you’ll now see the option to 'Collect email subscribers with a coupon.'
When you select 'Create' under this option, you'll be prompted to 'Go to store,' where you'll have the option to select your 10% off coupon and assign it to your popup. The key difference here is that the use case has shifted, so now it requires customers to complete an action (like subscribing) before they receive the coupon.
If this doesn’t fit your needs, another option could be using the 'Make an announcement' popup to share the coupon code directly. Your coupon settings will still apply, including any user limits you've set.
Let me know how you go with the above! 🙂

Hi @Simone27,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I’d like to take a closer look with my team.
Could you please share the name of the coupon you want to appear in your pop-up?
From your screenshot, I’m unclear whether you’re not seeing the coupon name at all when the pop-up appears, or if it’s both the name and the image, along with any accompanying text that’s missing.
Also, would you like the pop-up to appear when customers enter your website?
I'll keep a lookout for your reply!

@Simone27 Okay, thank you for checking!
I'll escalate the issue of the coupon not appearing in the dropdown menu when selecting 'Collect email subscribers with a coupon' to our team and get their input on it.
In the meantime, for the 'Make an announcement' workaround, you'll need to manually enter the coupon code into the text field. Unlike the other pop-ups, this one doesn't provide a dropdown with available coupons. However, it should work as a temporary solution while we await feedback from our team.

Hi @Simone27, I wanted to let you know that we've got some people looking into this for us!
It seems that several Sellers are experiencing the same issue, and we’re actively working on a fix that will be implemented in the coming weeks. In the meantime, as a workaround, sharing the code on your socials or in a "Text" section of your site (like the other pop-up mentioned above) will ensure customers can still access it until the issue is resolved.
