Hello, I have a customers sometimes ask me to reserve an item for them in my physical store but it is still available for online sales. I don't want to have to manually make it unavailable and then put it back when the customer comes in to purchase it. Is there a way to reserve (hold) an item in the online store while keeping it visible? Thanks.

I would suggest, if they aren't unique items - you could decrease stock by 1 to set it aside for this reason. Then you can add one back after the customer makes the purchase, so it matches your actual inventory.
Other than that - you can ask your customer to pay online.

Hi @Kassi_, unfortunately these are mostly unique items and low quantities (at least for now). I know I could create an Invoice with a Deposit and send that to the customer but that seems to still allow other customers to buy the same item from the website, creating a conflict.
I was hoping for a solution that didn't include the manual process of going into the system and removing the item.
