Hi,
I have an online square store which works fine in Australia, but when customers from the UK try and buy from my site and enter their address they receive a message saying 'This address is not supported'.
I've had few people try different addresses in the UK, so it can't just be a one off.
Is there something I need to check/tick in my site setup?
All countries from around the world are showing as an option to choose when entering an address, it just seems that Australian ones are the only ones that work.
Any help is much appreciated.

Hi @Tailwinds,
Just check in your Online area that you have added a profile for other countries:
- In the Online area, go to Fulfillment > Shipping
- You will see your current shipping profiles and countries it is set to cover (may just be set to Australia currently)
- If you have a flat fee for shipping worldwide, you should just be able to edit your current profile to make it 'Rest of world'
- If you need to charge different shipping fees for different countries, you need to create a shipping profile for each of those countries
- Once you've set these, it should start allowing the other international addresses
