We have Messages Plus to be able to text directly with our clients, primarily due our business location which is situated in another building and because the weather sometimes forces us to close for the day.
Since we text a check-in text each morning, it would make our lives much easier to be able to leverage the dynamic tags (such as {{reservation.time_start}} in our messaging to avoid tedious manual work.
