I sent out an email to customers letting them know they can opt in to text message marketing. Problem is the only received the following message when they try to opt in:
”Welcome to SMS messages from Square - Reply w/ "HELP" for more or "END" to unsubscribe from receiving messages, std rates apply”
I am under the impression that they are supposed to receive a message where they are able to reply back yes that they want to opt in. I have tried it myself from my personal phone and it still gives me the same message.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue with our Text Message Marketing feature. I would suggest that you get in touch with the Square Marketing Support Team so they can take a closer look at this with you.

I reached out to the marketing team and they told me there was a known issue that had not been resolved. I canceled my subscription during the free trail and was still billed $10 once the free trial was expired. I need a refund as I had stopped my service well before the trail period was up. Please help.
