Seperate email lists for different locations using one Square account
Hey everyone. I have spent hours researching this through Square forum but am stumped. I own 2 stores in different cities but I only pay for one Square account. What I am wondering is if anyone has found a way to collect email addresses per individual locations and keep the lists separate. All of the emails that we collect in each store just get added to one big list. I know that I can create Smart Groups but I have no way of filtering where the email goes when the customer adds it after checking out. Square has made it that you can have seperate websites for different locations and seperate inventories for different locations, but it seems like marketing is more limited. To me, it seems like a no brainer. You could have multiple locations across the country that share the same items, the same bank account, etc. but you need to be able to market directly to the people that are in each store's location.
Thanks for any assistance you might be able to offer!

Hi there, @LesliePotE! 😀👋
I know with Square Online, you can keep form submissions separate between multiple websites. You would just switch websites and then on the left-hand side click "Website" and then "Form Submissions".
Unfortunately there is no way to separate by location for in person information collection.
Maybe another seller in the community will be able to provide some insight or a workaround that they use 😊
