QR Code embeded on printed and emailed receipts for Customer Feedback

TLDR; I want the ability to have custom QR codes embedded on my receipts at the bottom for customer feedback.

We are constantly reaching out to our customers for feedback. It is important to give them contact

points so they can tell us what we did well or not so well. We use QR codes on some marketing materials so they can scan a code and get back to us. I would like to embed a QR code at the bottom of my receipt so I can encourage customers to leave feedback.

If you didnt want to give custom QR codes you could at least embed one now that would lead to square services like our website or our newsletter sign up

Make your QR code image part of the header logo jpg they allow at the top of the receipt until they allow a footer image also.

That’s an excellent feature request. We appreciate you sharing your business use case and why it would be valuable for you. If you know of any fellow Seller Community members who would like to see this built out as well, feel free to tag them in your post so they can share their thoughts as well!

@JTPets I think this is a great idea. I could see this being really beneficial to businesses. I could see a QR code taking customers from the receipt to the website, For us I would use to it drive coffee drinkers to out coffee subscription page online  capturing those customers who are not local so they can enjoy great coffee from home
