I sent out one of the preset marketing campaigns that sends out a coupon to loyal guest. I set it up for 20% off food. When redeeming it is only discounting one item off the check. How can this be changed and corrected?

Are you applying the discount on your Point of Sale, or via Square Online? I'll keep an eye out for your reply 🙂 In the meantime check out this help article - it's possible that you're applying the discount to one item, rather than the entire sale on your Point of Sale.
