A customer subscribed to our email list and wants to unsubscribe, but is unwilling to do it themselves via the link at the bottom of our email.
According to Square Support, I should be able to unsubscribe them using the process outlined here:
If a customer has requested to be manually unsubscribed:
As you can see from the screenshots below, "Unsubscribe Email" is not an available option. What's the correct procedure to unsubscribe this customer?
Hello @Trish_Yarn thanks for your post. I was able to find the "unsuscribe" option. Go to your Customers on the left side of your dashboard. (It's down toward the bottom)...
Then find your customer ...click on their name....and a window will slide over from the right side of the screen. You'll see sections for Personal Information, Marketing, Payments, Appointments...
Go to the Marketing section, and click on the three dots in the upper corner...
You'll then see the option to unsubscribe this customer...
