How to set up Affiliate Program for my square website?

Hello. I am looking to create an affiliate marketing program for my Brand for a specific group of customers. Basically, if someone from their audience buys an item and uses a code " Smith 10" the customer gets 10% off and the person who shared the code get maybe 3% of the sale. I am  not sure what is recommended. 

I want to create a group of people who are my ideal customer and I pitch different ideas for them and then they purchase the items at a discount maybe 50% off what I would typically charge. They then share with their audiences and take photos for me that are modeled. Then if someone uses a code they have then they get a percentage and the customer who used the code gets 10% off. 

I am happy to look at other resources online but could someone recommend what to call it? Happy for any feedback  you have. @Everyone

As with many other website hosting services, unless you're a Developer who can write all the code needed, probably finding an App that will blend into your site and manage the the details is the best way to go.   Check out this App in Square's Marketplace.  Not sure if it has all the specific features you need but, it's at least worth a loo.
