Fix the Text Messaging Issue

Can’t copy and paste messages into text marketing bc it shows to many characters even though it’s not. It automatically defaults to 250 characters when I should have 600.

Are there any emojis included in your message by any chance? 

The use of emojis does further limit how many characters can be sent in a single message, so if emojis are included, your limit will be 250 characters.

No, we have used basically the same message for months. Just started having the issue, seems like it’s a software issue from square.
