Turn off phone number printing on receipts?

I just signed up for Square loyalty, and now I see that along with us typing in the customers name for the ticket, it is adding the phone number. Is it possible to turn off the phone number being printed on order tickets?

To edit what appears on a Receipt (ticket) :

1. Log in to your Square Dashboard on a computer webbrowser
2. Tap Account and Settings
3. Then Tap Payments
4. Tap Receipts

The phone number is un able to be edited on this screen, you would need to tap the Pencil/Pen next to it to edit it but I am unsure if you can leave it Blank.
