Is there a way to exempt customer from loyalty program?
Hi there,
Quick question - new to Square Loyalty. Is there a way to exempt a specific customer from Loyalty so they don't log points?
I saw how to apply it to specific inventory items, but not to people.
So in this case it would be employees that get checked out using their employee discount so they don't get loyalty points on top of their discount. Landscape contractor accounts that get a wholesale discount. Also owner accounts where I log items used to instore consumption, donations, damage/dead plants.
Any info appreciated!
Thanks,

Hi @anchorsawaygg. The only way to do this right now is to manually lookup each phone number in your customer directory. If they are enrolled in Loyalty, you can click on the Manage button and select “Delete Account.”
