I’ve just recently discovered you can check when Square has looked at your account for a new loan offer. Would anyone know how often throughout the day Square checks? Is it just once a day? Just curious as my account has been checked in the morning but my metrics are all green and in at 80% paid back. Curious if I would get an offer later in the day even if my account was checked in the morning.
Yes, every day you take a card, you should update. I usually update around 1-3 p.m., but all of my offers come after I've updated from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. You are correct; you usually update first, and then if you are eligible for a loan, the offer tends to follow afterward.

Thanks! I appreciate you taking the time to reply. Definitely seems like square loan offers have tightened! I normally will receive an offer as soon as I hit 80%, but it’s been a few days. Thanks again!
You're welcome! Yes, the rate has been trending higher for a payoff from around 85-95% for most. Not all, of course, as everyone is different, and there is no guarantee of it or when. It definitely keeps you watching your dashboard. Good luck to you! Square is still offering loans every day, all day; thousands of new loans are going out daily. When you use an algorithm that has to crunch numbers and data all day and every day for millions of users worldwide, it does its job and picks off something that triggers it a tad earlier than simply waiting on “good” for everything. I try to tell people to run a sale from Thursday to Saturday and kick in those swipes, the volume of them, and grab new customers. 90% of all my loans are always around 6:00 to 8:00 PM on a Saturday after a big sale, and kicking those numbers and percentages way up. Is it just luck, or that big spike that had the algorithm take a stop and look, and kick out an offer? Either way, it's a win for me. 90% odds are pretty decent for a guess. Unfortunately, it's the if or when you are offered one, with no guarantee of those. If you have a great track record with Square and no prior loan issues, all will be fine; it's just a waiting game now.
I have been trying to message you, bc you always have helped me lol. I don’t know what’s going on. Before I had like an account metrics that tell me about my loan and customer volume and disputes and stuff. Now it’s gone and I’m not sure why. I called and no one has been able to help me. Can you tell me if you have helped anyone with this issue ? Thanks
Actually, I have and let me tag in a couple of people on the Beta side and see if they know if anything is going on. Then i can tag or they can be the ones that run the tools and metrics area. They are great at troubleshooting all of that area. @ryanwanner @TheRealChipA @Minion If you could help him or get to the right spot in Beta? Thank you!
Please I’m soooo confused and no one has helped lol. I have received loans with this company 26-30k and this has never happened like it’s gone.
Just sent 2 a PM and I apologize for the typos hun. I couldn't find my glasses. Any tech issues that you are having they will do all they can. If not get you out of loans and into the right spot. I do know if you can take a screenshot of the error and just tell them what you are using an iPhone tablet or an Android phone that helps them. Especially, the screenshot so they can see what you are. They will take care of you, hun.
How do I message this app is new to me I don’t know how to message lol
You can't but right here. I sleep about 4 hours so I will keep checking in on you. Let me see ok.
Ohhhh , now I get it . But yes I called bc my account was under review they said. I linked my account and they closed the review. They also stated it wasn’t under review any longer. 2 days later my metrics were gone. I called back and said it was fine. My loan is 75 percent paid back and I can’t see what’s going on. Yes ma’am ! Get your rest respond when you can.
Yes, she is! You are keeping us busy! 👏

Hey @Parisbarnes
It could just be some sort of visual glitch, or maybe they are doing some updating of some sorts on the back end. I suppose it is also a possibility (doubtful though) that they are removing the metrics all together from the new version.
If you are using the newer version of the dashboard from a computer you can, switch back over to the old version until June 30th. That version should show your metrics still.
How do I know what version I am looking at ?
Go to your main point of sales app. At the bottom right corner are 3 dots. Hit that, it should say Support at the top. And it will give you a long list like set up, order hardware, and about. Hit About it takes you to the screen Application and the first one is the version. I just updated mine last night to running 6.72.
The POS I am referring to is your one (I am green) square symbol for retail furniture. At the bottom should be the checkout. It's your main screen for ringing up customers on your phone, tablet, etc. I am on my first cup of coffee 😆 and a visual person not giving out step by step directions. If I could I could have put up 2 screenshots and boom done.
