Hello! I want to clarify that connecting with Plaid is not an application for a loan. Plaid is a fintech company that provides a secure link to verify users, which helps us and thousands of other companies offer a safe way for Square to access your account for potential loan offers. By granting access to your account, it may increase the likelihood of receiving a loan offer. However, there are no guarantees regarding the offers or when they may arrive.
If you see an offer in your dashboard or received one via email and accepted it, please keep in mind that it may take up to three business days to process your application. If you haven’t received any email or notification in your dashboard requesting more information, there’s unfortunately nothing more you can do except wait a few days to see if it processes.
You mentioned two separate concerns: Plaid and loans. I tried to explain both topics as they are quite different.
