invoice to be mailed

Is there a way to create an invoice to be mailed out without asking for payment online?

@Djtavy When you create the invoice you will go down to communication and select "Manually". Once you have created the invoice you can click on the 3 dots to the right and "Print" or View PDF and you can print this file for a nice invoice to mail. If you do not put in an e-mail address, you will be unable to add one afterwards, so I recommend you still attach it to the customer e-mail/profile so you can easily send e-mail reminders/changes/etc.

This is best done in your online dashboard at a PC with a printer.

New to "square". Customer Service argued with me thru several emails on how to do this & said it wasn't an option. My invoice was in "draft" & they couldn't tell me how to get it out of that & record the check. After a few tries from your direction, I got it. Hit create, then "send" gave me a link then it gave me the 3 dots in the invoices page of which I can do all the stuff I asked customer Service. Thanks so much!
