has anyone had this happen to them?

My customer paid threw square and it shows what time she paid and the amount , But when i look in my Balance it shows nothing? checked my linked bank and its not in my account either

A couple of areas you can check to find your payment. 

 

On your Dashboard or App look into Transactions to make sure it's a debit or credit. Any other type of payment will not be sent through Square. 

 

Also, check your email to see if there are any issues with your account or our Account Services team needs some more information from you.
