How to remove "No GST has been charged" from invoices

Does anyone know how to remove the "No GST has been charged" from invoices that actually do include GST?

Hi @XtremeSecurity!

I've moved your thread over to the Australian Seller Community, as it was initially posted on the US Seller Community. For questions that are country-specific, like GST, the AU Community is the best place to get support.

It looks like you have GST enabled as an inclusive tax, but it sounds like it might not be applying to the items on your invoices correctly. Could you please try the following steps to check?

  1. Log in to your Square Dashboard and navigate to Payments > Invoices.
  2. Click on Send an invoice.
  3. Add yourself as the invoice recipient to send a test invoice to yourself.
  4. Include an item from your library or create a one-time item.
  5. Click on the item's name and scroll down to the Taxes section. Is GST selected? If not, make sure to select it.
  6. Enter a price. Does GST now appear as a line item?
  7. Add any other necessary details, then send the invoice to yourself.
  8. When you view the invoice, do you still see "No GST has been charged," or does it now show:
    • GST included in total
    • (*) Taxable item

Thanks! Iโ€™ll be on the lookout for your reply. ๐Ÿ™‚
