Can we please be able to edit a paid invoice?
For example, client paid the invoice then changed their time frame for the event.
Now I have no way of changing it on the invoice to verify that i got her change.
It's mess just writing it on the printed invoice, or texting someone who may forget. It just looks unprofessional.
In addition, if invoice is paid and a client want to add more food items or up their guest count. I have to make a totally separate invoice. It could be treated like a deposit and have a balance due.
