Cash App Payments not Completing

I had a customer try to pay their invoice twice using CashApp. Both times it said the payment completed. Neither time did they get a receipt, nor me. The funds never left their CashApp account and their invoice still shows as unpaid. This happened about 10:30 pm on Saturday April 13th.

Anyone else have weird things happening?

Hi @mrAs.  Whatever happened, it was on your customer’s side in their Cash App.  As long as they don’t show the money leaving their account, then they should try again and if it doesn’t work, it is up to them to contact Cash App support and figure it out, since we don’t have access or authority for their Cash App transactions and accounts.  We don’t have standing to figure out why a transaction said completed on their side when it wasn’t really completed.
