Remove Itemized Prices on Square Register Customer Display

The square register comes with a customer display that shows the products that are scanned with the product price in the same line as it is scanned. After products are scanned, there is a final total payment screen.

From my understanding and after discussing with square, there is no option to remove the showing of itemized prices of products that are scanned. I think this is something that should be available and I saw it has been requested multiple times in past years.

Basically, we want the screen to have standard screen when items are being scanned and only show the total after the charge button is clicked. 

The reason for this is customer psychology and chances being higher that a large purchase by a customer could be reduced when they see the itemized list prior to the actual purchase. We just want an option where we do not have to show the itemized list with price on the customer display. I believe this should be doable because such an option does exist on the square terminal and it can be removed (not a live itemized screen while scanning, but a review screen of itemized prices).
