Yes, if you go to your Appointments tab and then scroll down in the left side menu you will see SETTINGS ---> COMMUNICATIONS.
On that page, scroll down to FORMS. ---> Add a Form.
All your templates should pop up and you can assign the form to specific services. That way when clients book the form will auto-send to the client. You can also set it to send every time or just once a year or just the first time, etc. I have different intake form for different treatments and this has been super helpful.
