I am an online seller. I buy from a supplier and directly ship to my customer. Every time I try to make a purchase my card declines. I'll get a text or email saying suspected fraud. I will reply saying this was me and even again it will decline. I've called Square support every day for the past four days now they were unable to do anything on their end to make the payment go through. Could this be because the shipping address and the billing address are different? Is there anything I can do to make these payments go through? Having a business debit card that I cannot use for business purchases defeats the entire purpose of having it.

If you’ve already spoken with our Square Banking team (1-855-700-6000, Monday through Friday from 6am - 6pm PST) and they weren’t able to assist, as @Candlestore mentioned, you may want to try reaching out to Sutton Bank. For your account security, we cannot investigate this matter here.

Not sure why your Business card is being declined, but instead of Calling Square, try Calling Sutton Bank. They are the ones that do the banking for Square. Their number should be on the back of your Business Debit Card.

Yeah, I already tried contacting Square support over six times. Six different support agents told me that they have zero power to do anything about this situation. I called Sutton bank three days ago. A robot said all current agents are busy, please leave a message and we'll get back to you. I've been waiting ever since. I want to get in contact with a higher up at Square that actually HAS POWER. This has to be some sort of system glitch since I keep confirming that it's me, yet it doesn't go through.

I understand how frustrating it can be to deal with declines and limited support @Doors63.
Have you had a chance to speak with support or Sutton Bank yet? How many places has your Square card been declined? Are funds currently showing as available on the card? Also, what decline message do you see? If you have any screenshots, please share them. They can help me assist you better.
