When Are Sales Proceeds Deposited into Square Checking?

Entered my first sale from PC. When do the Sales Proceeds get posted to Checking and are available

Hello @ccacpapllc ! Welcome to the Seller Community!

If you have the Square Checking product, your sales are instantly available at time of transaction. However, as a new business, you may see a delay on availability while Square does some background checks to make sure your business is legitimate. Usually that delay is no more than 5 business days. Once the verifications are done you have access to the funds as soon as the sale is complete.

If you are using a traditional brick and mortar bank, your funds are automatically transferred to it within one business day (with the new business exception I mentioned above). You have the option of instant transfers after your business is verified.
