Missing money and duplicate Cash App payments

I sent $1020.00 to my cashapp July 8th and received it. Refunded it back to my Sqaure account which showed up in my card spend transactions but never reflected the balance. I thought I’d just give it some time as this may be a glitch. It was the end of the day I went to sleep woke up the next day to the same balance and three transactions. That was not made by me In fact, they are duplicate transactions from the previous day and although they are duplicates each one deducted from my balance. I contacted Square and It has been a mess. No one knows what happened to $1205.00 At this point, I am worried about continuing business. Hopefully the community can help me understand why I am missing $1200.00 these are completed transactions. They are not pending. I’ve reached out to Cash App and they have provided me with statements and have been there every step of the way I have not received anything from Square. I need documents in time stamps showing where this money went.

I’m missing money from my account too and how you guys have people money and there’s no way to have a phone call conversation with someone in the company specifically dealing with money, listen that need to be resolved A.S.A.P  because someone need to call me to tell me the whereabouts of my hard earn money 954-696-2359

Can you provide more details on what you mean by "missing money"? Are you referring to a missing transfer, or is there a transaction that didn’t go through as expected?
