How can I cancel my square credit card? I do not want my daily sales sent to square credit card but rather directly to my bank.

Are you referring to the Square debit card?

  Once the card has been activated, all of the sales stay in your Square account, and are available for use instantly with the debit card.  You would need to manually transfer your sales to your external bank account.

no problem!  

If you are looking to cancel the debit card completely, I believe you would need to follow these steps and close out your Square Checking.  If so , I would first transfer any funds to your external account before proceeding.  If manual transfers are completely fine with you then I would simply disregard these steps. 

To close a Square Checking account, you can do the following:

1. Open the Square app and go to Balance > Checking
2. Tap Get help with Checking
3. Select I'd like to close my account
4. If you have a Square Debit Card as the default transfer method, you'll be prompted to deactivate it
5. Select Deactivate debit card to confirm
6. Select Close and switch back to transfers to finish closing the account
7. Select Finish to confirm the closure

Thanks  @phantomrain for pointing out that the steps listed above don't work anymore.  They may have changed.  I'll see about passing it along for someone to take a look to get updated instructions since I don't use Square Checking or Debit card I cant look around to see what actions may need to be taken myself

Hey all.  So, here is the path if using the Square App. More > Balance > Click on the debit card in question > Scroll to the bottom and select Card and Checking support

From the online dashboard main menu, go to Balance > select Location > select debit card > Get help with Checking.

There you will find various options regarding debit cards and Square checking accounts.
