New to Square. Created a checking account and have a balance. I created a pay to so I can create a bill to them and pay it to purchase merchandise. The bill is larger than the $5000 limit for a bill pay, because I'm at Tier 1. If I could get to Tier 2 then I would be under the limit. I have done multi factor authentication and added the Google Authenticator, but I'm still getting the limit error. Simple question, how do you get raised to Tier 2 so you can pay a large bill from your checking?

Hi @TWK. I copied the following from this Square Help Document on bill pay limits. It seems that your ability to move to Tier 2 is now based on your Square card processing activity exceeding an unspecified threshold. It also seems that you can request an exception review by contacting Square Support. I hope that helps.
“Once your account has two-step verification enabled, Square will determine your bill pay tier based on your payment transaction history. Sellers that are relatively new to Square or have infrequent transactions will typically start in Tier 1 with lower limits. Once a seller meets the transaction activity thresholds, they will be upgraded to Tier 2. Square will regularly review your transaction history to determine your bill pay tier.
You can also request exception reviews if you need to make bill payments above the tier 2 limits. Contact Square Support or work with your Account Manager, if you have one, to request a review of your needs.”
