why are my locations not selectable online or widget

I have advance widget for appointment. I used to be able to select different locations. Now feature is grayed out. I can serve my customers from different location but appointments must line up for that location

Also is there a way to delete old widgets ?

solved it.  You have to subscription page. Appointment plus setting and add a location . 30 bucks per location however.
